Electrostatic Precipitator

Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)

Sitson Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) are high-efficiency particulate control devices designed to remove fly ash and dust particles from boiler exhaust gases. By using electrostatic forces to collect particulate matter, our ESPs deliver clean stack discharge that meets strict environmental regulations across coal, biomass, and spent wash incineration plants.

Features of SITSON ESP

High Gas Flow Handling

Suitable for a wide range of gas flow rates, from 5,000 m³/hr to 400,000 m³/hr.

Hot Gas Design

Robust engineering allows continuous operation at gas temperatures up to 205°C.

Top Rapping Cleaning

Highly effective cleaning system using top rappers for collecting and emitting electrodes, preventing dust buildup.

Low Pressure Drop

Optimized internal aerodynamics ensure minimum pressure drop of flue gas, saving ID fan power.

Plate Collection Electrodes

Specifically designed plate electrodes maximize collection surface area and particulate capture efficiency.

Critical Path Alignments

Specially manufactured collector and emitter grids ensure absolute alignment for stable electrical fields.

Range and Application

  • We have successfully supplied ESPs for utility boilers up to 130 TPH capacity.
  • In-house capacity to design and manufacture ESPs for boilers up to 250 TPH capacity.
  • Fully compatible with multi-fuels including coal, biomass, bagasse, and spent wash slop.
  • Tailored designs for WHRB plants, PC fired boilers, cement kilns, and sponge iron kilns.
